Receiving any form of failure report, will be recorded in our system, and forwarded to one of our colleague in charge. In 4 hours, from the receiving, our colleagues will contact you, or the person in charge. They will agree on the further steps. That is why important if the person, who is reporting failure, can also give the competent person's name and phone number correctly, so we can contact this person. If it's a personal failure report, our colleagues will ask for this information.
